D2 | Dual Can Bus

The most powerful and sophisticated device in PVS Data’s hardware range, the D2 detects and collects live data resulting in real-time solutions for smarter and safer fleet management.

When integrated with Xwatch Safety Solutions, users benefit from a live visualisation of the selected machine, exclusive to PVS Data users only. The status of the Xwatch system including height, slew and RCI (XW5) as selected by the operator is also available to view on the platform.

Track your machine’s CO2 production over a specified time period, or over its entire lifetime. Compare this to other machines of similar age, or obtain CO2 production from your entire fleet of machines and vehicles.

B2 | Real-time data

As with the D2 but without the dual data connection. Live, real-time CAN bus data to suit the needs of your fleet and organisation. Harness the data you need most without Xwatch such as productive and idle machine hours, fuel used, and emissions produced.

Track your machine or vehicle’s journey so you know exactly where your equipment has been and how long for. Eliminate the downtime that comes with postcode-only locations thanks to our live location and journey tracking services with our what3words integration.

B1 | Geofencing & Alerts

As with the D2 and B2 devices, B1 users can also take advantage of live location data and can generate customisable geofences around equipment. Geofence breach alerts are received via email, SMS and in-platform notifications.

Machine battery levels are constantly monitored when you install a B1 onto your machine or vehicle. Never be caught out with a flat battery in your fleet again

Log machine running hours over your choice of time frame. If you’re in the hiring business, think accurate invoicing, billing for overused machine hours, and reliable proof of use in case of accident or injury.

A1 | Daily Location

This discreet magnetic-mounted, self-powered tracker can be strategically placed on any machine, vehicle or equipment. As standard, the tracker checks in once per day to give you a precise location (3m x 3m using what3words).

In the event that A1 enabled equipment is stolen, PVS Data will keep the unit awake when it checks in at the pre-determined time, that was set when the unit is onboarded. Our Customer Support team will work with you to assist in recovering your asset where possible.

KP02 | Remote Security

PVS Data’s keypad immobilisers are used for access control and can be programmed to hold several different codes of your choice. Change codes and remotely lock down your equipment over the air from within the platform to prevent unauthorised access and reduce the risk of theft.

The machine will not start unless the correct 4-digit code is entered. Incorrect entries and number of failed attempts are recorded in the platform, giving you full visibility of attempted start up activity at the machine.
